One of the more enthralling netbook concepts to emerge from CES this year is ASUS’ Eee keyboard. With a built-in computer and keyboard-embedded 5-inch touchscreen, the Eee keyboard is made to connect with any type of display, whether PC or HDTV. The 2 pound Eee keyboard has typical netbook specs including a 1.6 GHz Intel Atom processor, Microsoft Windows XP Home, 1 GB DDR2 DRAM, and an onboard 16 GB or 32 GB solid state drive for storage. Its wireless connectivity options are plentiful, supporting 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, and an Ultra Wideband high definition multimedia interface. And with HDMI, USB 2.0, and VGA ports, the Eee keyboard can connect to pretty much anything. According to ASUS, the Eee keyboard should arrive in the next three to six months.
