AT&T and Xora, Inc will launch Xora GPS TimeTrack May 23, allowing small and medium enterprises a GPS-enabled way to manage time. Available via wireless download on a variety of AT&T phones, TimeTrack gives businesses “timesheet data collection, job/work-order management, payroll integration and location tracking capabilities”.
Employees can “punch in and out” via their smartphones while out in the field, as well as lists of scheduled jobs for the day and any related info so employees don’t even have to check into the office. TimeTrack also has a FlexFields feature that allows users to record job-related data so customers can be billed more accurately, track inventory and servicing info, and even pay employees. In office, managers can receive all of the info on their PC’s in near real-time and track the location of all their employees.
Come its release May 23, Xora GPS TimeTrack will be available under three different subscription plans: Xora GPS TimeTrack Standard priced at $16.99 per device, Xora GPS TimeTrack Premier priced at $24.99 per device, and Xora GPS TimeTrack Supervisor priced at $29.99. All require an AT&T data plan and a one-time $25 setup fee. Two Xora add-ons are available as well: Xroutes with TrafIQ for an additional $28.99 per month and EZNav, providing GPS-guided text and turn-by-turn voice navigation powered by Garmin and costing an additional $6.99 per user, per month.
