Not as large as a netbook, but offering more features than a smartphone, BenQ’s S6 mobile internet device looks pretty appealing.  Launched at CES 2009, the S6 features 3G, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connectivity, full web browser support, and some sort of Linux operating system that’s powerful enough to playback YouTube videos or make Skype phone calls.  Running on Intel’s Silverthorne Atom, BenQ’s S6 also has a 4.8-inch touchscreen and weighs in around one pound.
