BenQ MID

Behold the BenQ Mobile Internet Device recently showcased at IDF Shanghai. Not only does it have the mandatory GPS Obsessed GPS linkage, offering an optional GPS feature, but the BenQ MID is powered by an Intel Silverthorone 800MHz processor with a Poulsbo chipset. Other features include HSDPA support, WiFi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.0+ EDR connectivity, voice command, 512MB memory, 4GB of SSD, and BenQ G-Sensor allowing you to surf the internet by directly touching the MID’s screen. Look for this GPS-enable BenQ MID to hit China sometime in the near future.
