I liked the BenQ S6 mobile internet device we saw yesterday, and the company’s Intel Atom-powered Joybook Lite U101 also being showcased at CES 2009 doesn’t look too bad either. It sports a 10.1-inch widescreen WSVGA, LED-backlit display, a 90 percent QWERTY keyboard, optional 3.75G HSDPA, WiFi and Bluetooth. The U101 also has a 1.3 megapixel webcam, built-in 1.5W speakers, VoIP, dual-drive memory, and the choice of a Linux or Windows operating system. The Joybook Lite U101 will be released in the United States in the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2009 for an undetermined price.
