Preview: Bolt Browser for BlackBerry Beta from CrackBerry2 on Vimeo.
Bitstream’s new Bolt mobile browser looks mighty impressive. Built on Webkit, Bolt uses Bitstream’s Thunderhawk browsing technology to load and render pages fast as most of the work is done server-side. It works on any J2ME handset so you can give it a try on pretty well anything other than the iPhone or G1, but it’s still in private beta so you’ll have to get yourself an invite. The only downside so far is that Bolt doesn’t support Flash, but you can still load and watch YouTube vids.
Head on over to Crackberry–they’ve got invites–to check out all the details.
