Dell’s Inspiron Mini 10, announced earlier this month, has arrived at online store Tesco. Dell was pretty quiet regarding specs and pricing pre-release, but now we have the whole enchilada.
The Mini 10 runs on a 1.33 GHz Intel Atom Z520 processor with 512 KB caching and 1 GB of RAM. It operates on Microsoft Windows XP and has a bunch of connectivity features including Ethernet, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. Black in color, the 1.3 kilogram netbook opts for a 5, 400 RPM 160 GB hard disk drive over the solid-state drives that are becoming more popular.
Other features include a built-in webcam, card reader, and 3 USB ports.
Tesco is selling the Dell Inspiron Mini 10 for £349, the equivalent of US$478.
