Korea-based EASYCAR has released a “basic” DMB-enabled GPS navigation device, dubbed the Easycar U7, to the Korean market value-priced at 199, 000KRW or US$100. It’s rare to find an automotive GPS unit for such a ridiculously low price, expecially when the low-end device features a healthy 7-inch TFT LCD screen, a DMB antenna, DMB and PMP functions in a PIP frame, and a complete set of multimedia playback possibilities aside from video including audio, photo viewing, and even text-related viewing.
