Cowon’s L3 PMP Aims To Give You Some Direction With Your Video

Cowon’s L3 fits squarely into the PMP category with a 7-inch touchscreen with 800 x 480 resolution and not surprisingly, given its Asian orientation, a digital TV tuner.  Also including an FM transmitter, possible Flash support, FM transmitter, built-in speaker and remote control, the Cowon L3 looks to sit atop the media player heap.  Interestingly though, a powerful SiRF Star III chipset made its way into the L3’s hardware so user’s will get some direction out of this multimedia device as well.  We’ll dig for details over the next week or so when the L3 makes an appearance at IFA.
