Uniden To Release 6 New MapTrax Models With Radar Detection

Uniden is poised to with radar detection in January. Radar detection meaning you’ll know where the cops are so you can rip down the road on the way to your destination, without the inevitable ticket you get with other GPS systems. The six new models will range in size from 3.5-4.5 inches and include text-to-speech functionality, 2 GB of internal memory to store the map database, preloaded NAVTEQ maps, and Bluetooth support. No word on pricing yet nor are there any pictures of the new models available.
