June 9th is right around the corner, and that’s when we fully expect Apple’s Steve Jobs to introduce the 3G iPhone with GPS to the world. If you just can’t wait that long or plan to stick with the original iPhone for awhile you can add GPS functionality to it using a Holux M1000b GPS unit, a custom dock-connector cable, and a software program you’ll need to install on your jailbroken iPhone. You can get the whole package here for $100, and it seems to work fine judging from the demo YouTube vid above updating your position every second on iPhone’s Google Maps. Personally though, I think I rather just wait for the new iPhone.
