HP Debuts Touchscreen iPAQ Data Communicator, Not So Original Voice Communicator

ipaq2 HP Debuts Touchscreen iPAQ Data Communicator, Not So Original Voice Communicator

HP’s latest handset launch brings the touchscreen iPAQ Data Communicator and iPAQ Voice Communicator to Europe.  Both run on Windows Mobile, support 3G data speeds, Wi-Fi, a 3.1 megapixel autofocus flash camera and of course, assisted GPS.  The Data Communicator is nice and thin, to the tune of 1.7 centimeters, and has a 2.8-inch, 320 x 240 pixel touchscreen and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.  The Voice Communicator shares virtually the same specs as its data-focused sibling, but opts for a more traditional form factor; no touchscreen and only a half-QWERTY keypad on the handset.  The Voice and Data Communicators are priced at €399 and €499 respectively
