The iCEphone, initially to be developed as an outdoor survival device by The Medical Phone, has turned into a 3G-capable quasi-gaming handheld mobile handset.  It has a triple-flip form factor: a full QWERTY keypad is the result of one flip, and gaming controls are the result of a second flip.  A 3-inch 240 x 400 pixel TFT touchscreen is the third prong.

Some of the emergency survival features remain such as a one-click emergency button that calls 911, your doctor and the nearest hospital simultaneously.  If the emergency button is touched, the iCEphone’s integrated GPS automatically activates so your location can be easily attained.  The Medical Phone claims the iCEphone will be available in Thailand soon and the United Kingdom around May of 2009.  Price tag?  An impressive $1000.  Check out some of the specs below:
