Kenwood has unveiled its latest GPS navigator for the Japanese market this morning. Called the Kenwood HDV-909DT, the GPS navigator sports a large 7-inch LCD display with 480 x 234 pixels. The all-in-one navigation device looks more equipped as an in-car entertainment system, packing in a digital TV tuner, DivX, DVD, and MP3 playback, photo viewing, an AM/FM radio, 5.1 audio channels, and iPhone/iPod-compatibility. The HDV-909DT also fits in 40 GB of hard disk drive space and includes a USB 2.0 interface. We won’t see this unit outside of Japan, but within Japanese borders you’ll be able to find the Kenwood HDV-909DT in June for 200, 000 yen or US$2050. Seems a little on the expensive side, doesn’t it?
