kitt3 2 Mios Knight Rider GPS Gets Put To The Test

It’s nice to see that after all the hype and hoopla surrounding the Mio Knight Rider GPS someone has finally actually reviewed its performance.  PCMag has put it to the test and were impressed by its added Canadian maps, 58 POI categories, quick routing and re-routing calculations, and easy to navigate menu system.  However, the Knight Rider doesn’t have a built-in traffic receiver; you have to purchase the receiver separately with a subscription.  This is its big downfall, because aside from the voice of KITT and unique design, the Knight Rider GPS is virtually identical to the Mio Moov 300 and Moov 310 in terms of features.  And the Moov 310 includes live traffic while costing $20 less.  But let’s face it, if you’re buying the Knight Rider you’re looking to buy 80’s cool and you know it!
