DS-400GB: Navigating With Your Rearview Mirror

The DS-400GB from Chinese manufacturer DSUS Technology is a GPS navigation system that is integrated right into your vehicle’s rearview mirror.Â The two come as one unit, with a 4-inch touchscreen GPS display on the mirror’s right side.Â The unit also has a video input monitor for a rearview camera that activates automatically when you put your vehicle in reverse.Â Other features include Bluetooth for hands-free calling, 2 GB of memory for maps and related apps, SD/MMC memory card slot, a USB port and integratedÂ speakers which will supply the audio for the DS-400GB’s MP3 and MP4 multimedia players.

The DS-400GB utilizes a 16-channel SiRF 3 GPS receiver and built-in antennae, run on Microsoft Windows CE NET4.2 and uses a 400 MHz Samsung S3C2440A CPU.
