Motorola’s MING A1800 Has Built-In GPS, Ugly Design

Unfortunately the Motorola MING A1800 with built-in GPS is only available in China, but it’s worth mentioning nonetheless. The A1800 features a 2.4-inch 240 x 320 pixel stylus-based touchscreen, expandable memory and a 3 megapixel autofocus camera. However, it has no 3G or Wifi support, a huge downside. If you happen to get lost out in the Chinese countryside somewhere, the MING A1800 has a CDMA and GPS radio so you’ll be able to get reception. But you’ll have to find your way home fairly quickly as the 1000 mAH battery will only support about 3.5 to 5 hours of talk time. And by the way, if you do run out of battery life, the Motorola MING A1800 comes with preloaded maps of China anyway.
