Motorola’s MOTO Q 9c, available this month, on the Verizon Wireless network comes equipped with Verizon’s VZ Navigator offering both visual and audible turn-by-turn directions, over 14 million points of interest, maps, and the ability to bookmark and share your favorite POIs.
The MOTO Q 9c runs on Windows Mobile 6.0, is configurable to any POP3 or IMAP4 email, and via Microsoft’s Documents To go app, allows you to use Word, Excel, or Powerpoint.
Featuring a QWERTY keyboard with “hot keys” for popular applications, the MOTO Q 9c has a 2.4-inch color display that automatically adjusts to ambient lighting conditions, making the screen easier to see and saving the phone’s battery life in the process. Other features include Bluetooth, a 1.3 megapixel camera with both flash and fixed focus, video recording a playback, voice-activated calling, 128 MB of integrated memory and an optional addition of 32 extra MB of removable memory.
The Motorola MOTO Q 9c will be available for $249.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate and two-year contract. VZ Navigator will cost an extra $9.99/month and as per usual added features and data transfer will increase the cost of the phone.
