GPS devices are packed with special features these days but so far we haven’t seen anything specifically geared for disabled drivers. Navevo’s BBNav GPS unit, aimed for the UK, not only has the usual features-4.3-inch touchscreen, NAVTEQ maps of the UK and Ireland, and hands-free Bluetooth-it also has a preloaded database of 10000 ‘Blue Badge’ parking spaces, 3500 disabled-accessible car parks in 150 UK cities and towns, 20000 points of interest that are disabled-friendly. The BBNav hasn’t been released yet and we don’t have any pricing info, but head over to their website and sign up to be notified when it hits shelves.
