I’m not sure when the Navman F15 is supposed to be available from Radio Shack. Apparently the $100 cheapy PND is sold exclusively from the retailer in the US, online and off, but I couldn’t find it on their website. But when it is available, $100 will net you a 3.5-inch touchscreen, SiRFInstantFixII chipset, TeleAtlas maps of the United States, and a database of points of interest that likely doesn’t number too high. Sure the Navman F15 is cheap, but just remember you’ll get what you pay for.
