Pantech IM-R300, AKA Love Canvas, Gets Built-In GPS
Featuring a unique design and seemingly geared for the ladies, Pantech’s IM-R300, also known as the Love Canvas, is the company’s first touchscreen mobile phone. Unfortunately, it’s exclusively carried by SK Telecom in Korea, so if you like the look of the Love Canvas that much, that’s where you’ll be moving. The IM-R300 features a 2.6-inch, 400 x 240 pixel WQVGA LCD touchscreen, built-in GPS, a DMB TV tuner, a 2 megapixel camera, music player, and even eWallet functionality so it can be used as would a credit or debit card. Pantech’s Love Canvas will run on HSDPA, GSM, and WCDMA networks and has 260 MB of internal memory, expandable via microSD cards.
