It appears the first WiMAX internet tablet with Clear network availability will be from Samsung. The Samsung SWD-M100 Mondi mobile WiMAX device has been inadvertently spotted via the company’s RSS feed. The touchscreen internet tablet appears to have a slide-down, four row QWERTY keyboard, D-pad, and several function button placed on the bezel. It also looks like a webcam is placed on the top left of the display. Neither Samsung or Clear have announced the device, so whether it makes it to market remains to be seen. To me it looks like it’s far beyond the prototype stages so I’m guessing we’ll likely see it soon.
