Samsung is showing off its Valencia handset at the Mobile World Congress, but while the majority of its new phones feature a TouchWiz interface, the Valencia throws in a twist. It does have a TouchWiz interface, but a variant that features only a menu bar on the left hand side. You could say it has touch-like features without the actually touch support. The Windows Mobile 6.1 Valencia runs on a 393 MHz processor, sports a 2 megapixel camera, 128 MB of RAM, GPS, a 320 x 240 pixel display, 3G and Bluetooth connectivity. Samsung didn’t announce any other details.
