It’s been a while but Sanyo has finally given their Gorilla PND line an upgrade. The NVA-GS1580FT and NVA-GS1480DT are both in-car SSD-based units, the former with a 1seg TV tuner and both featuring a 400 MHz CPU. The NV-SD750FT and NV-SB510DT are portable units meant for dash/windshield installation both with impressively sized screens; the former a gigantic 7-inches and the latter still a sizeable 5.2-inches. Of course, for those living outside of Japan, the bad news is the new Gorilla’s will likely remain inside Japanese borders priced between ¥75,000 ($759) and ¥155,000 ($1,569) when they hit shelves November 20.
