Sony’s GPS-CS1 geotagger has finally been updated with the GPS-CS3KA, up for preorder on Sony’s US and UK sites. The GPS-CS3KA is compatible with most Cybershot digital cameras and Handycam camcorders, allowing you to add the time, date, and GPS coordinates to any picture you take. The geotagger sports a 128 MB memory capacity, has dual MS/SD card slots, Picture Motion Browser v4.2 software, and runs on a single AA battery for 15 hours. When connected to your Windows PC via a USB connection, the GPS-CS3KA will show each photo next to a pushpin on Google Maps within the Picture Motion Browser. You can also trace your travel path between photos and share your maps with friends via email. The GPS-CS3KA geotagger will ship March 29 for $149.99.
