GPS dog trackers are becoming a hot commodity these days. From Zoombak to BlackLine to Retrieva to Garmin to Vladimir Putin’s dog and whatever-he-wear’s, plenty of GPS makers are entering the puppy market. The latest GPS puppy tracker I’ve come across comes from Spotlight GPS.
The GPS collar enables dog owners to define set geographic boundaries for their beloved pets, and should said animal stray outside the okay zone, receive a text or email alert. What I really like is that Spotlight provides turn-by-turn directions to the dog’s location so he/she just can’t get away! Once you’re close you can send a text message back to the collar so a beacon light shines and makes it easier to spot, um, Spot. Finally, if for some reason you have a problem with the Spotlight collar, the company actually has a 24/7 support team. Wow!
