T-Mobile G1 hitting a slew of European countries starting January 30, Germany gets it for 1 euro

androiddudes T Mobile G1 hitting a slew of European countries starting January 30, Germany gets it for 1 euroThe Android-driven T-Mobile G1 is hitting Europe, outside of the United Kingdom, Reuters is reporting.  The G1, which T-Mobile claims is its best selling handset ever in the United States, will arrive January 30 in the Netherlands, Czech Republic, and Austria; February 2 in Germany; and late February in Poland.  G1 users in these countries will also have access to the Android Market where applications can be downloaded, and developers will have the opportunity to develop and sell apps built specifically for the countries.  I’m not sure what the pricing plans are like for all the countries, but in Germany T-Mobile will sell the G1 for 1 euro–yep, you read it right–or the equivalent of US$1.33 with a 2-year contract.  With a price like that it should be a hot seller.
