TomTom appears to be set to launch something a little different into the United States, possibly at CES next month. A recent FCC filing for the TomTom DUB1 shows it to be a double-DIN device that snaps into your dashboard. The double-DIN nature of it all makes me think it’ll be an aftermarket device similar to some of the Eclipse models we’ve seen this year. In fact, the DUB1 could very well be the next Eclipse. I’m sure we’ll find out more next month.
