Rumor has it that deCarta will be the mapping provider for Best Buy’s in-house Insignia NS-CNV20 and NS-CNV10 GPS devices, available October 19. While deCarta didn’t specify any names, they did announce today that they were shipping their white label connected navigation to a major customer in the United States. Given that with the exception of the Dash Express, no other major PND maker has released a connected device in North America we can’t see this rumor not being true.
